Medical Aesthetic Consultant and Master Trained Injector, a practicing RN since 1998, she has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2007. She has extensive experience in cosmetic procedures. Her major areas of interest are injectables, PRP, anti-aging, and laser treatments.
William Thornson
PA-C
Retired Air Force Major practicing as a PA since 1985. Has trained with experts across the country in a variety of modalities including the full portfolio of Vampire treatments and laser skin resurfacing.
Patricia Andrade
MD, FACS
Medical Director. Board certified general surgeon. She is a graduate of Brown University and did her residency training at Rhode Island Hospital. She has been a practicing surgeon since 1995.
Sylvia Goncalo
RN
Medical Aesthetic Consultant, has been an RN since 1988 and has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2007. Her major areas of interest are injectables, weight loss, anti-aging, laser treatments, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion

Registered Nurse with a diverse background of specialties he is currently finishing a Nurse Practitioner program. He is passionate about injectables and expanding his aesthetic knowledge.

Licensed Aesthetician
Licensed Aesthetician since 2003 and a ZO Skin Health Expert with extensive training in a variety of services ranging from facials, dermaplaning and peels to radio frequency and much more.
Molly Nuernberg
Laser Technician and CoolSculpting Specialist
Nationally Certified Laser Technician since 2010 and a Medical Assistant since 1998. She has an Associates Degree in Science from Newbury College. Molly provides Laser treatments as well as CoolSculpting and Thermi treatments.

Office Manager and CoolSculpting Specialist
Certified CoolSculpting Specialist since 2018 and Avalon’s Office Manager. She brings a combined background from the military and medical personal care to help our team perform at its best.
